RAM School* will be held from 9 a.m. to noon, Wednesday-Friday, Feb. 10-12; and Monday-Friday, Feb. 15-19.
The final exam will be administered during scheduled times Monday, Feb. 22, in the CVBIA boardroom. Appropriate social distancing will be allowed for.
*The VRLTA program is also part of the RAM School curriculum and the date will be announced as soon as it is scheduled.

Description
RAM School provides attendees with an introduction to apartment management. Over eight days via Zoom, local experts will cover such topics as office management, leasing techniques, marketing, financing, maintenance, security, legal issues and federally assisted housing programs.
Successful completion of RAM School and its final exam is the first step in obtaining the Registered in Apartment Management designation, administered by the National Associated Builders & Owners (NABO).
Included in the local curriculum is the seminar on the Virginia Residential Landlord & Tenant Act, which will be held in March or April.
